I work relationally, drawing on Gestalt therapy — supporting meaningful change through awareness, genuine dialogue, and gentle exploration. Together we will look at what you are experiencing now, including patterns shaped by earlier life, in a safe, non-shaming space at your own pace. My practice is trauma-informed, drawing on a Dual Awareness approach that keeps one foot in the present whilst gently exploring the past. I believe therapy is a shared journey towards greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the freedom to respond more fully to life as it is now.
I am a qualified and UKCP-accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor. I have worked in community counselling, offering longer-term therapy, and in a hospice setting, providing shorter-term support for patients, carers, and the bereaved. I also support families navigating neurodiversity assessments and EHCP processes. I bring a background in education, coaching, safeguarding, sport, and senior leadership — informing a flexible and responsive approach. If you’re considering therapy, I warmly invite you to reach out. You’re welcome just as you are.
