I work with a humanistic and integrative approach, which is grounded in empathy, understanding and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. My approach to therapy is creative, and trauma informed. It takes account of the interconnection of mind and body. I integrate verbal and non verbal processes, such as movement, art/image making and music to explore thoughts, feelings and memories. This supports an holistic approach, taking account of the whole person in terms of overall health and well-being, in a way that puts you at ease. I offer a free initial consultation for you to decide if I am the right therapist to support you in your journey.
I am committed to creating a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their emotional and psychological challenges. My goal is to help clients build resilience, gain insight, and develop practical skills that they can use to navigate life's difficulties. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with each client to create a tailored therapeutic plan that meets specific needs and goals. With over a decade of experience, I have worked with a diverse range of clients within the NHS, charitable settings, and now in Private Practice. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and am committed to providing an inclusive and non-judgemental space for all.
