My approach is very simple - it's all about you. Focussing on you as an individual - what's important to you and what makes you who you are. I work with you as a whole person meaning that I accept and embrace all parts of you, unconditionally and without judgment. In this way, we will be able to create a connection that enables you to look at areas in your life that are significant to you and to explore these in a way that works for you. By empowering you to work on areas that are meaningful to you, you are in control of your therapeutic journey whilst I facilitate this and bring my therapeutic skills for your immediate and longer term benefit.
I am a person-centred therapist with three years experience in delivering high-intensity therapy in clinical settings. I offer a welcoming, safe and confidential space for you to explore what is important to you, whether that feels like anxiety, depression, loss, identity, self-esteem, or just life itself. My aim is always to help you feel heard, validated and understood and to help you towards feeling empowered in your life. Making the decision to reach out for support can feel momentous and I understand this can often come with its own anxieties. But this first step can often lead to the most life-changing moments and I am here to support you on that journey - at a pace and at the time that feels right for you.
