Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
I originally started working in addiction and abuse comes in many different guises ..my support is to invite a strengthens up and courage to move forward
Coming to terms with aging but also finding ways to not be defined by age
I work with anxiety ,stress ,panic attacks ,PTSD,
We all have some sort of relationship from home life to work life and how we interact with others is important for our health and well being
I have been a trainer of Psychotherapists and Supervisor for the last 30 years
