My work is grounded in humanistic integrative training, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to the individual child or young person. At the heart of my practice is a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding within a trusting therapeutic relationship. I take care to adapt the work to suit the developmental stage, emotional needs and unique way of communicating of every child or adolescent I work with.
My approach incorporates creative arts and play as powerful ways for children and young people to express their inner worlds, especially when words alone aren’t enough. The arts provide an alternative language through which unprocessed feelings can safely emerge and be explored.
I aim to support my clients in developing the emotional resilience and inner resources they need, not only to cope with current challenges, but also to build a stronger foundation for their lives ahead.
If you’re considering support, I’d be happy to have a conversation about whether I might be a good fit for your child or family.

I’m a child and adolescent psychotherapist based in St Albans. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where children, adolescents and their families can explore emotional difficulties and life challenges. I hold a Master's degree in Integrative Child Psychotherapy and have been specifically trained to work therapeutically with children and adolescents aged 4 to 18.
Children and teenagers may come to therapy for many different reasons: struggles with friendships, low mood, anxiety, angry outbursts, or school-related issues. Others may be experiencing the impact of trauma, bereavement, family breakdown, or neurodiverse differences. Sometimes the reasons aren’t clear, but a child may seem persistently unhappy, withdrawn, or overwhelmed.
