About Me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist offering a warm, thoughtful space to explore whatever is troubling you, whether that's anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, the effects of trauma, or simply feeling stuck and wanting something to change. I offer therapy in person in South West London and online.

I also support people exploring neurodivergence, including those adjusting to a diagnosis of ADHD or autism and reflecting on what this means for their identity, relationships and understanding of themselves.

Alongside my private practice, I have worked within NHS psychological services, supporting people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

My Approach

My approach is rooted in Gestalt Psychotherapy, informed by Developmental Somatic Psychotherapy and trauma-informed practice. At its heart is a curiosity about how we experience ourselves, relate to others and make sense of the world around us. Our work together will always be guided by what feels meaningful and helpful to you.

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. You might have a clear sense of what's troubling you, or perhaps you simply feel that something isn't quite right. Whatever brings you here, my hope is that we can work together to explore your experiences, deepen your understanding of yourself and discover what might be keeping you stuck.

I believe that greater awareness of how we think, feel and experience ourselves, both emotionally and physically, can open up new possibilities for change. In our sessions, we might explore familiar patterns in your relationships, emotions that are difficult to express, or ways of responding to situations that once served you well but may no longer be helpful.
