I am a Registered Integrative Child Psychotherapist. I work from my office in South West London, where I specialise in working with parents offering therapeutic parenting support to those who parent children with relational and developmental trauma. I am a Certified DDP Practitioner.

Special Interests
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
Adopted children often struggle with unresolved loss, grief and trauma. I to improve understanding between adopted children and their parents. I also work to support and inform the wider team around the child including their school.
Anxiety is both the route and end result of so many mental health issues. I help children, parents and adolescents using a wide variety of tools and strategies to lower anxiety and enhance relaxation and calm.
I can help children and families to understand and enhance life with this condition. I have many tools and strategies and can work with all types of presentation.
I use Theraplay and DDP to help families to connect and work together to improve relationships and bring joy into daily life.
I support parents to understand what may be the route of their child's behaviour or signs of stress.
