I am trained in Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapy, which covers a range of approaches including Psychodynamic, CBT, Gestalt, Existentialism and Transactional Analysis.
The Transpersonal approach to therapy holds the belief that you, the client, already possess the inner resources needed to create meaningful change in your life and realise your full potential. It invites growth and explores existential themes, expanding the scope of therapy to include creative work. This way of working aims to support deep healing, personal transformation, and a sense of meaning and connectedness beyond the self.
While I work traditionally through talking therapy, I also enjoy working creatively using art, drawing, inner child work, sandtray, dream work, and visualisation where appropriate.
