My Approach

I work integratively, drawing on Psychodynamic, Gestalt, and Existential perspectives, but my core is Transpersonal. This means we look at the 'whole' person—moving beyond symptoms to find meaning. In our sessions, we might use traditional talking therapy alongside dream work, creative visualisation, or sandtray work to explore the patterns that run beneath the surface of your daily life.

About Me

I am a UKCP-accredited Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist. I provide a fearless, grounded space for those navigating life’s most complex transitions, including suicide loss, parental estrangement, and millennial burnout.

My approach is warm and clinically rigorous. Having spent 20 years in the creative industries before qualifying, I bring a wealth of real-world experience to the therapeutic relationship. I specialise in working with 'the heavy stuff'—those life-altering experiences that require a steady, soulful, and creative container to process.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

Grief is rarely linear, especially when it is complicated by sudden loss or unresolved history. I offer a steady presence to help you navigate the 'world-shattering' impact of bereavement, providing a space where you can process the weight of your loss without feeling you have to 'move on' before you are ready.
Having spent 20 years in the creative industries, I understand the specific grit required to function while feeling depleted. I work with high-achieving professionals to address 'Millennial Burnout,' helping you move from a state of exhaustion toward a more grounded and authentic way of working.
I specialise in the 'unspoken' dynamics of relationships—including the pain of parental estrangement, narcissistic family patterns, and the complexities of non-monogamy. Together, we look at the deep-seated beliefs that shape how you connect with others and how to reclaim your own voice.
As a Transpersonal therapist, I see your struggles as part of a larger search for meaning. We explore the 'soul' of your experience, using dialogue, dreamwork, and creative visualisation to reconnect with your inner resources and find a sense of purpose that goes beyond surface-level symptoms.
Loss by suicide brings a unique, hollow kind of grief that many find too heavy to hold. Drawing on my clinical experience at Maytree (https://www.maytree.org.uk/), I provide a fearless container for those surviving suicide loss or navigating their own darkest moments of despair.
