My personal approach is built from several modalities of work, theoretical frameworks and type of interventions, including Relational Psychoanalysis, Narrative Therapy, Somatic work, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Internal Family System. Creative and imaginative techniques are woven through all the above.
I am an Integrative and Transpersonal Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in central London and Bristol.
I deeply believe in the value of therapy in supporting healing, self-growth and change. Therapy can help us to explore, understand and transform those aspects of ourselves and our life that feel challenging to handle all by ourselves.
These may include recent or sudden changes in life such as loss, separation, life or career crisis, loss of purpose or meaning or long standing issues such as family and relationship problems, addiction, trauma, depression and anxiety.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
