My Approach

I am an integrative psychotherapist, I use the creative arts and any approach that best suits your needs and preferred form of expression.

About Me

About me:
Taking the step to talk to a professional can be challenging. I am here to help you and work together without any judgment. Having had therapy myself, I understand how important it is to have support to help us get through challenging circumstances. I can say that having therapy can provide you with a space to be listened to, to be you and express any difficult feelings you might have. Whether from feeling down, having strains within the family, parenthood, struggling with changes or new stages in your life, or even a life-threatening illness or coping with an illness. Having a space to talk is the most self-loving action one can do for ourselves.
I am a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist. I have supported children, adolescents, and adults since 2014. I have gained significant experience working therapeutically with people of different ages, cultures, or genders. I have worked in the education, private and public sectors and at charities and public entities. This has also included supporting clients in Spanish.
I have a BSc in Psychology from City University and an MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapy (Middlesex University). Also, I am fully qualified and a member of UKCP.
My work ethic is to make sure that I provide a supportive space where clients can find relief, become themselves, and feel empowered.

How I work:
As an integrative psychotherapist, I use the arts and any approach that suits your needs and preferred form of expression. I am also inclined to psychodynamic, person-centred, humanistic, attachment, mindfulness, arts, and body-mind approaches.
I can provide confidential, non-judgmental, open-minded sessions. It could be short-term, long-term, face-to-face, or online sessions.
During the first session, you can share specific issues you might want to work on, as well as your hopes and goals for therapy. We can discuss your commitment to a limited number of sessions, or you may want a more open-ended approach. In the sessions with me, I won't suggest what you should do but help you to explore your options and increase your resources to progress and cope with your problems.

Experience & Education
My experience includes supporting adults at MIND, Teléfono de la Esperanza (UK) and my own projects: Family Emotional Wellbeing project C.I.C. and "The Space". In addition, I have supported therapeutic parents, adolescents, and children at secondary and primary schools. In the past, I did my clinical practice at Kids Company and Ealing Schools Counselling Partnership Ltd. I have worked for the Royal Borough of Greenwich as a Psychotherapist, and currently I am a MATT clinician at Capstone Foster Care Agency.

Special Interests

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.

I have experience supporting survivors of domestic abuse and have also assisted children and adolescents who have suffered severe abuse and neglect.
I have supported adults and children with ADHD and have a particular interest in this area.
I have been supporting adults, adolescents, and children who are suffering from traumatic experiences. I have assisted many clients in accessing resources to cope with these experiences and have helped them address their trauma. I am interested in the connection between the mind, body and spirit due to trauma.
