As a child and adolescent psychotherapist, I provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where children and young people can explore and make sense of their inner world through words, art materials, and creative play. My approach is integrative and relational, drawing on elements from multiple theoretical perspectives, including psychodynamic, humanistic, and attachment-based theories. At the heart of my work is the belief that genuine healing happens within relationships, and I therefore place great importance on building a secure, trusting, and authentic therapeutic connection.
I am especially passionate about working with neurodivergent children and young people. My dissertation research focused on the interaction between trauma and attachment difficulties in autistic children, reflecting my deep commitment to understanding and supporting their unique experiences.
My training includes an MA in Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, completed over six years, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling. I am a registered member of both the UKCP and BACP.
I have worked with diverse populations of children and adolescents across various settings, including primary and secondary schools, the charity sector and private practice.
