My Approach

My approach is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy, a relational and experiential form of therapy that pays attention to the whole person, emotions, thoughts, bodily experience, relationships, and life context.

I am interested not only in symptoms themselves, but in the deeper emotional and relational patterns that shape them. Therapy can help bring greater awareness to how you experience yourself, how you relate to others, and how earlier experiences may still be influencing your life in the present. The aim is not simply insight, but meaningful and embodied change.

I work collaboratively and tailor the process to each individual. Depending on your needs, therapy may be supportive, exploratory, clarifying, or gently challenging. Where helpful, I may also integrate bodily awareness and creative or experiential methods, so that change is not only understood intellectually, but felt more fully in lived experience.

My background in clinical psychology, sexuality, psychotraumatology, and transgenerational trauma informs my work with particular sensitivity to questions of intimacy, relational dynamics, trauma, identity, and the longer emotional histories that people carry. Whatever brings you to therapy, I aim to offer a space that is thoughtful, grounded, and deeply attentive to who you are.

About Me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist based in Berlin, working with adults in individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, as well as supervision and personal therapy for trainees at Gestalt training institutes in the UK and Germany. I offer therapy in English and German and work primarily in person.

My academic background includes a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology, with core areas of study including sexuality, psychotraumatology, and transgenerational trauma. Alongside this, I completed a comprehensive training in Gestalt psychotherapy as well as further professional training in couples and group therapy.

I work with people facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity questions, relationship problems, and life transitions. Some clients come in a time of crisis; others come because they feel disconnected from themselves, caught in recurring patterns, or aware that something in their lives no longer feels true or sustainable.

I offer a therapeutic safe space that combines professional depth with warmth, care, and genuine human presence. My aim is to create an environment in which all aspects of your experience can be brought into the room and explored with seriousness, sensitivity, and respect.
