At work and at home we rely on an active mind for constant multitasking. So how can you learn to switch off when it’s time to rest?

This month we sat down with UKCP psychotherapist Susie Hewitt to find out about mindfulness and why overthinking can affect our mental, emotional and physical health.

Susie says: ‘We live in such a busy, fast-paced world today that our brain doesn’t always have the space and time to process our experience through the day.’
