Gain insights into the complex nature of complaints 

Through a combination of presentations and case studies, we will be able to share learnings to equip you to maintain professional standards of excellence. This year’s annual learning from complaints event will delve into the complex nature of complaints and provide an overview of the annual PCC (professional conduct committee) report. 

 

Learning objectives 

During this event, you will gain:

  • an understanding of the role of the PCC and complaints team
  • an overview of the main reasons for complaints about UKCP registrants
  • insight into the complaints and conduct process
  • information regarding adjudication and interim suspension order (ISO) panels.
