Our strategy for 2024–27, Psychotherapy in a changing world, sets out our shared vision and priorities for the organisation during this period. Developed through extensive consultation with members, the strategy reflects a collective understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing psychotherapy and the evolving role of UKCP.

Member insights have been invaluable in creating this strategy. During the first half of 2024, members provided feedback on think pieces and participated in a series of webinars. All thoughts, ideas and feedback received were reviewed and considered for the final strategy. Our strategy engagement feedback report gives an overview of what we heard from members.
You can read more about how we developed the strategy here.
As the strategy continues to be delivered, we will share regular updates on progress, alongside opportunities for members to stay involved and contribute to its implementation.
