We are looking for an organised and proactive regulation and quality assurance administrator to join UKCP's regulation and quality assurance team (RQAT).
Full-time (35 hours per week)
London-based, hybrid and flexible working (monthly attendance in our London office)
£31,000 per annum
This is a varied and rewarding role that supports UKCP's important regulatory and quality assurance functions, helping to uphold high professional standards and protect the public interest. Working closely with members, organisations, assessors and volunteers, you will play a key role in coordinating reviews, maintaining records, supporting audits and ensuring administrative processes run smoothly.
You will be responsible for coordinating organisational member reviews and direct member reaccreditation processes, managing enquiries, administering applications and supporting committees and working groups. You will also contribute to wider projects and initiatives across the team, helping to ensure activities are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
This role would suit someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building positive relationships and providing excellent administrative support in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
You will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage several activities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will be confident communicating with a range of stakeholders and providing professional, responsive support by telephone, email and online. You'll be comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information and have experience coordinating activities, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and adaptable, with excellent digital skills and confidence using Microsoft 365 applications. You'll enjoy working as part of a supportive team while also being able to work independently and use sound judgement when dealing with day-to-day tasks.
Experience working within a membership body, professional association, regulatory organisation or similar environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation, audit or regulatory processes.
