We’re looking for an exceptional director of standards to lead UKCP’s regulatory function and shape the future of professional ethics and accountability in psychotherapy.
This newly created senior leadership role will oversee standards, ethics, accreditation and complaints, ensuring robust public protection and professional excellence. You’ll report to the CEO and sit on the senior management team, playing a key role in shaping the strategic direction and influencing the sector.
You’re a strategic leader with extensive experience in regulation, professional standards or education. You will bring expertise in quality assurance, accreditation and ethical frameworks, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a values-led approach. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on psychotherapy in the UK.
