£75,000 per annum

About the role

We’re seeking an accomplished director of resources to lead UKCP’s core operational functions and help shape the future of the organisation.

This newly created executive role will oversee finance, HR, IT, registry and facilities, driving integration and transformation across all directorates. Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the senior management team, you’ll play a key role in strategic planning and organisational resilience.

About you

You’re a senior operational leader with expertise across finance, HR and digital systems. You bring strong financial management skills, a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to equity, sustainability and continuous improvement.
