We wanted to find out how to de-stress in a world where work continues to invades our daily lives…even on a well-deserved holiday.

In this episode we spoke to UKCP psychotherapist and stress expert Susan Smith, someone who has first-hand experience of the real impact stress can have in our lives.

She says: ‘Plan, Plan, Plan, if you fail to plan you plan to fail. In her article for Psychologies magazine, our CEO Professor Sarah Niblock considers…She writes: ‘Perhaps financial pressures or other responsibilities make it hard for you to take a proper holiday. Choose a staycation instead, but think about how you can change your routine. Turn your router off so you get some real peace in your home.’
