I have been practising as a psychotherapist and counsellor since 1995. I can help you with issues such as anxiety and depression, work related issues, stress and acute stress reactions, chronic health conditions, low self-esteem and relationship problems.
My approach is integrative, relational, and humanistic. I believe that the most important aspect of successful psychotherapy is the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist. I aim to offer a compassionate, open and trusting environment to enable you to work on your difficulties and make progress in achieving a more lasting and enduring changes in your life.
I have over twenty years of experience in the mental health field. I worked in a range of primary and secondary NHS and private services. I am currently employed with NHS, Primary Care Service in London. I have experience of working with a range of emotional and mental health problems, including anxiety disorders depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and trauma.
I work with adult population, individuals, couples and groups. I offer short and long-term counselling with clients presenting wide variety of issues. I can work using structured models like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or TA (Transactional Analysis) or more in-depth work informed by relational approaches.
I have been registered BUPA provider since 1999.
