My modality for working in Psychotherapy is grounded in the Humanistic Person-centred approach which I have linked with Focusing-Oriented Therapy. I have been working in private practice since 2011 when I obtained my Masters in Person-centred Psychotherapy from Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute, University of Birmingham. Further studies led me to obtained the Certificate in Focusing-Oriented Therapy from the International Focusing Institute after training under the guidance of the team in the London Focusing Institute. My approach is to work out with you what in your experience wants to be attended, listen to with acceptance, care and understanding whilst giving equal attention and space to all that can be there.
At the moment during lockdown my work is online.
By working together we will be attending closely to how you, as a human being, make sense of your experience in the different situations and challenges present in your life that have led you to therapy. My work can be short or long term. Our work will be regularly reviewed. Look forward to hearing from you when you are ready.

Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
