About Me

I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist offering Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.I have over 30 years experience of working with individuals and with couples. I was also one of the first BACP accredited supervisors(1988) and for ten years I worked on the BACP supervisor accreditation team as an assessor.
The work may be short term with a particular focus at a period of crisis or change or longer term individual psychotherapy.
I have completed 3 major forms of training including Psychodynamic, Systemic( related to couple work), and Humanistic (Gestalt) and have integrated these and other ways of working into my practice. My MSc is in Integrative Psychotherapy.
I also have many years experience running Gestalt therapy groups, which offer other possibilities of of therapeutic development to the group members.
I have run many differently themed workshops for professional counsellors and therapists for their personal development.
My earlier background experience was in management training and teambuilding work in various organisations.
