I am an experienced UKCP registered psychotherapist, life coach, philosophical counsellor, author & tutor in private practice in Central London. I specialise in helping people with decision-making, emotional issues, low self-esteem, stress, creating a more meaningful life and relationships. My background - studying philosophy at Oxford and London universities - followed by training in psychology, psychotherapy, CBT and coaching means I bring a wide range of practical skills and experience to meet your needs. As well as more philosophically-based approaches, I am also trained in evidenced-based approaches such as CBT. I was awarded a Distinction for the Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Therapy by the University of Oxford.
My work has been featured in the national press, including the Independent & The Observer. I currently have some slots available at the Fleet Street end of Chancery Lane. My standard rate is £80 per session with some concessions down to £60 available.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
