I have been in private practice for 30 years and feel fortunate to be working my vocation. My underlying drive is to empower others and help clients to feel better mentally and emotionally. In the years of practice I have trained in various techniques to assist client’s in understanding their issues and to help them make changes where wanted.
I have worked extensively with anxiety and panic attacks and I also have a keen interested in stress related issues such as addictions, weight problems and phobias.
I work in private practice and have done since 1989. I teach yoga and have done since 1994. There are many breathing exercises in yoga which have proved an extremely useful resource in working with clients.
