I see therapy as a way of enabling what we experience as problems to become potential catalysts for growth and development. I offer a confidential and safe environment for people to explore whatever they are wishing to bring into therapy. My training is in the Analytical Psychology, founded by Carl Jung who advocated a whole person approach which sees us as made of both conscious and unconscious factors both of which need to be attended to to find meaning in the midst of the often messy situations life lands us in. Therapy becomes a process of discovery which therapist and client embark upon together andis a unique process for each individual who feels drawn to this way of exploration.
