I'm an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw on different ways of working and theoretical perspectives that are specifically suited to my clients.
I believe therapy to be a process closely related to learning and that through therapy, you can learn about yourself; discover ways to overcome difficulties; develop inner strengths or skills; and make changes to yourself and your situation. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which you think about your feelings in private, allowing for reflection and change, growth and development as and when you are ready.
