My Approach

I have been working as a Psychotherapist / Counsellor for more than 20 years, seeing clients with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression and low self-esteem. In addition, I have specialist training and expertise as a Relationship and Sex Therapist. I provide supervision to other psychotherapists and sex therapists. My former name was ROSE WHITELEY.

About Me

I see clients from all over the world via Zoom. Most people refer themselves to me, although I also receive referrals from GPs and other health professionals.

I am accredited as a psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and Senior Accredited as a Sexual and Relationship Psychotherapist with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). My training includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in the Theory and Practice of Psychotherapy for Sexual Dysfunction, an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic-Integrative Counselling, and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.

Gender and sexual diversity clients are very welcome, as are those in open or polyamorous relationships. I also see couples who are considering separation or divorce, and want to work things out as amicably as possible for themselves and/or their children.
