I am an experienced, bilingual and accredited adult and adolescent psychotherapist and counsellor. I understand that seeking a therapist can be a daunting, sometimes confusing process. That is why whether you are an individual or parent looking for a therapist for your child, I offer a free first consultation.
This is an opportunity for us to have a chat about what has brought you here, what you may hope to achieve from therapy and if working together has the potential for change for the better. We will also discuss whether open ended or short term therapy might be best for you.
It is sometimes difficult to acknowledge, least of all to yourself, when things don't feel right in your life. I offer a confidential, safe and professional space where you feel heard and we can explore and make sense of your experiences together. With developing understanding of oneself, comes I believe, a potential for future change.
Throughout my life, I have embraced new cultures and understand the challenges around diversity and identity. I have a warm, empathetic and committed approach that has helped my clients understand and navigate difficult periods in their lives.
I practice face to face in Central London and online. Clinical experience includes working for many years at the highly respected Wimbledon Guild, WPF Therapy and a number of London secondary schools.
