You may be struggling at the moment. Daily life can be tough and negative thoughts and feelings can affect your work and relationships. Therapy could help you see yourself differently and live the life you want to live. Sometimes talking to a trained professional is the first step towards change.

I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist based in Fitzrovia. I provide a private and confidential service to help clients work through their issues and change the way they feel. I have found that, by providing a non-judgemental space for clients to talk, psychotherapy can have a positive and long-lasting effect on the way they feel about themselves and other people.

If you are having to deal with any of the following, I may be able to help: Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, phobias, family issues, feeling sad, separation and divorce, affairs and betrayals, seasonal affective disorder (SAD), low self-esteem, bereavement, alcoholism, drug abuse, low self-confidence, stress, sex addiction, loneliness, IVF, fertility, anger management, gambling, hoarding, work-related stress, and internet addiction. This is not an exhaustive list. Please contact me to see if I can help with any other matters that are affecting you.

If you’ve tried everything, but nothing seems to work, I may be able to help you. Over the years, I have seen a lot of my clients overcome their issues, leading to improvements in their love life, physical appearance, and careers. Take a look at my website so that you can understand a little bit more about me and see if you would like to have a consultation with me. It’s important that you find someone who can work with you. You’ve taken the first step towards change and I hope that you get the help that you need.
