Feeling ‘stuck’ is often a sign that we need to change the way in which we approach our life choices. This often includes recognition that not all our thoughts, feelings and motives are transparent to ourselves, and that the unconscious aspects of our minds can disrupt our conscious intentions and contribute to suffering.
I work by tailoring psychotherapy specifically to individual needs. My approach is personal and non-judgemental. I encourage you to be your most authentic self in therapy, this will allow me to get to know you better and be most helpful. Maybe therapy will help you to discover what does your true self look like and this will be one of the most important journeys you will take. Starting therapy may feel like a difficult choice, however I encourage to view it as an investment into yourself that will have positive effect on your relationships, happiness and professional achievements.
