Following a personal consultation, treatment plans are tailored to suit each person in accordance with their individual circumstance. In my practice I take an active approach to helping clients move forward and deal with whatever is affecting them . This not only involves helping clients to understand more about what is happening, but also involves ways of learning to manage feelings and emotions.
