About Me

I am an Integrative Psychotherapist working in Richmond/Twickenham. I have 12 years experience working with a range of issues, in private practise and for not-for-profit organizations. My therapeutic approach is a relational and collaborative one, in which I aim to provide my clients with time and space to explore issues which feel troubling to them, in a confidential, safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. By talking your concerns through in some depth and having the opportunity to stand back from them, we can find ways of thinking about and doing things differently and find options for change.
