I am an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist, now specialising in short-term psychotherapy, especially in Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (, which has been clinically proven to work well in shifting depression and anxiety . Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (16 sessions) is especially helpful in identifying patterns of behaviour which cause people to feel stuck in relationships, or which are destructive of their search for meaningful and lasting relationships. I have many years experience of working with people who have low self- esteem and/or who have problems in trusting others. I have worked with people who experience intense anxiety and depression, including the physical symptoms of these feelings. I have also worked successfully with who have been traumatised by bullying and physical/sexual abuse, at an early age. Based in South London, my practice is close to East Dulwich and Peckham Rye train stations – 15 mins from London Bridge and Victoria. Peckham Rye rail station is also connected to the London Overground.
