I am a relational and embodied therapist and am interested in the self as a whole system, integrated within the wider environment. I have worked in this field since 1997, completed my training in 2001 and have extensive knowledge in theories from psychotherapy, neuroscience, the nervous system, embodiment, relational fields and nutrition. I use a combination this knowledge in my work with clients to create a holistic and systemic approach. I love my work and meet people where they are in an accepting and creative way. Working with me can be deep and emotional, light-hearted and fun. I love all aspects of being human, so I'm willing to explore any aspect of the self that needs some attention.
I live in Stocksbridge, Sheffield with my partner and three dogs, and I have one grown-up son and two grown-up step-daughters. I love being outdoors in the wildness of nature and this informs and shapes the approach I offer clients. I offer in-person sessions at my therapy practice in Stocksbridge, outdoor walking sessions in the beautiful local woodlands and video or telephone sessions in a quiet, confidential space. I enjoy being able to work with individuals throughout the UK, regardless of location.
