I am committed to supporting clients to work on specific challenges in their lives, or to address more deep-seated unhappiness. I work in a respectful and responsive way, helping clients pay attention to what is going on and understand how (not why) things are the way they are, and see ways that new or different choices might be made. I believe that therapy is a good place to explore the things that get in the way of our ability to live well, to meet our needs and to face the challenges life has for us.
I have been practicing Gestalt psychotherapy since 2001. I trained with the Edinburgh Gestalt Institute, and then continued my professional development with the Gestalt Associates Training Los Angles (GATLA) and completed their accreditation process. I am a UKCP registered practitioner.
