My Approach

Psychotherapy offers a space to talk about your life and your difficult thoughts and feelings. This can be difficult to begin with. With time our conversations can help you gain more insight, self-confidence, growth and change.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy is also concerned about how past experiences shaped you into the unique person you are today. Dreams, arts, metaphors and symbols may come to our aid to try and understand what may not be otherwise accessible to us.

About Me

I am a qualified Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist working in private practice. I offer sessions once a week and up to three times a week. I see clients in North London (N19) as well as online (Skype or Zoom) and over the phone.
