I have experience of supporting clients to explore what is going on for them and could help you to look at ways to feel better about yourself, your relationships and your situation. I try to understand how things are for you and provide time for you to reflect on how you feel in the here and now.
It can be helpful to consider the past in relation to how you feel about yourself and others. We can also explore how you might want to develop and grow in the future. This exploration is encouraged by me alongside checking the pace of our counselling sessions with you and, in time, working towards an ending.
I have been a counsellor for adults for 15 years. I provide counselling sessions by telephone and on Zoom, with the possibility of also returning to ‘in person’ counselling in the future. Our first step will be to arrange our initial 1-hour assessment session to help us decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
