I am an Existential psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience helping clients to understand and resolve the challenges of everyday life. I am experienced in working remotely and am happy to offer sessions via Skype, Zoom or by phone.
I am particularly skilled at exploring issues of life choices, uncertainties, beliefs, values and assumptions in the quest towards a more meaningful life. I practice non-judgemental listening to understand how you see your life, relationships, expectations and fears. This dialogue can enable therapeutic change and relief from anxiety and distress. My work comprises existential principles with person centred, humanistic and focusing approaches. Special interests include the inter-cultural realm, the challenges of achieving a work/life/technology balance and the lived experience of motherhood.
