I am an Existential psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience helping clients to understand and resolve the challenges of everyday life. I can currently offer in-person therapy, either at my Central London or Surrey practice or I can offer sessions online.
I am particularly skilled at exploring issues of life choices, uncertainties, beliefs, values and assumptions in the quest towards a more meaningful life. I practice non-judgemental listening to understand how you see your life, relationships, expectations and fears. This dialogue can enable therapeutic change and relief from anxiety and distress. My work comprises existential principles with person centred, humanistic and focusing approaches. Special interests include the inter-cultural realm, the challenges of achieving a work/life/technology balance and the lived experience of parenthood.
Like all UKCP registered psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors I can work with a wide range of issues, but here are some areas in which I have a special interest or additional experience.
