My original training was in Existential Psychotherapy. Over the years I have complete other trainings in CBT and Trauma work which I integrate into my practice as appropriate.

MA Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling
ABC Level 4 Diploma in Individual & Group Casework Supervision.
