During the pandemic I have changed all my work to an online format. I work on Skype or WhatsApp video or by phone. I have more than 25 years of counselling experience and offer a range of therapies. My style is slightly more directive , I like to get my sleeves rolled up with my client and focus on the changes they want to bring about during therapy. I prefer,short term work ( 6 to 12 sessions) but am also able to offer longer term therapy and ongoing support beyond the initial therapy period. So many of my clients have been in therapy with me weekly over a few months and then come to me as and when they need further assistance , this can go on for several years.
