Many people have a tendency to suppress, ignore or dismiss feelings, especially when they are uncomfortable. Clients who come to me have often had 'Therapy' before and feel its either been a 'waste of time' or 'had little or no affect' Over time, this reduces one’s capacity for self-awareness, limiting our potential to perform and undermining our health. My 8 session approach is time conscious; it quickly gets to the heart of your issues and focuses on you own awareness and personal circumstances. It allows you to get in touch with your own real issues quickly which is critical in establishing what is really going on in your life right now. It forms the basis on which, we can together within 1-8 sessions (face to face or Skype) you can form a strong personal awareness on which to build from any life or work situation you may currently be experiencing. Using a contemporary approach including Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Emotional Intelligence and Transpersonal Psychotherapy approaches I offer people a different type of 'Therapy' experience.
We often get lost in the noise in our life. Many of us do not have the time nor the budget for weeks and months of ongoing therapy and many people don’t really need it. The 1-8 session approach guides you in accessing and channelling your personal awareness for the benefit of your life. We all can become emotionally disconnected or lost at times. We need to be emotionally more connected and gain strength from our true self. We need to remember that we are not the symptoms we are experiencing right now, this is usually a temporary phase.
