I am an experienced, down-to-earth Transpersonal/Integrative Psychotherapist based in Harley St, London. Member of both UKCP & BACP. I specialise in helping highly driven professionals who live extreme lifestyles, especially those in finance/law/media/arts and performing arts. I explore relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression and burn out using mindfulness/body-awareness and trauma-informed Sensorimotor techniques.

I am passionate about the possibility for transformation and believe joining the dots between past and present can help heal the relationship between mind, body & heart. I help clients identify and articulate their feelings. I offer practical tools to stabilise/improve mood, deepen self-knowledge, and create lasting change.

My background is eclectic & includes stressful, fast-changing environments, entrepreneurial/management, and many years working in the world of therapy.

I also run a small project at a charity, providing group therapy, mindfulness and yoga for those who experience psychosis. This mixed group brings together survivors of abuse, trauma, addiction, violence and prison time in a peaceful and supportive setting. In addition to this, and my Harley St practice, I offer sessions on Skype, VSee and FaceTime.
