My Approach

Psycho dynamic, Foulksian Group Analytic Psychotherapist. I use Group Theory, Attachment Theory and Object Relations to assess and enable the client to bring into consciousness those elements which are hindering their progress in life.

About Me

I am a Group Analytic Psychotherapist, I work with groups and individuals. Most people have complex problems, so please contact me to see if we can work together and I can help you. I have worked with clients who have experienced issues related to, relationship break up, anxiety and stress, depression, abuse, bereavement, mental illnesses, traumas, poor parenting, adjusting to change and developing independence. I can work with clients in the short and long term.

I previously worked in acute mental health and see clients from the caring professions regularly because of the understanding I can bring to their situation.

I offer external group/team facilitation and on-line individual and group work (Zoom). I have facilitated time limited groups with caring professionals who have experienced trauma in their work.
