About Me

I am in Integrative Arts Psychotherapist with 20 years experience working with individuals and groups. You may come to therapy with a specific issue you would like to look at, or a sense that something is missing in terms of where you feel you would like to be in your life. The arts lend themselves particularly well to exploration of what is going on, both consciously and unconsciously but you may prefer to talk. Either way or a mix of both is fine but I tend to find that allowing your imagination to join the process is beneficial whether that be through using the arts directly or through allowing images and metaphor to surface in our conversations. I see therapeutic work as a co-created process and I do not inflict 'technique' but am informed by a range of therapeutic theory. Please do have a look at my website to gain more of a sense of me and how I work and get in touch if you have any questions.
