Engaging in the process of therapy may be considered a genuine investment in true quality of life. Your therapy with me will be fine-tuned by my response to your self and your needs. If what you bring to therapy is uncomplicated, and not deep rooted, then whatever it is may be fairly quick to ease or resolve. Naturally, the more complex or deep rooted your difficulties, the longer your process is likely to take to resolve or transform.

An experienced transpersonal psychotherapist with a long-established private practice, my professional background also includes fine art, education, and psychiatric care.

My work focuses into each person's relationship with their own self… before extending to the exploration of how they relate to others and their world. In this context, my specialisms include profound self-awareness; mindfulness, self-assertiveness, down-to-earth spirituality, creative expression; creative blocks, psychosexual health; intimacy, gender dysphoria; gender identity, aging, dying; loss, and also mental health (eg: anxiety, depression, dissociation, borderline personality disorder, psychosis…)
