About Me

I am a fully qualified professional practitioner offering open-ended psychotherapy which is generally long-term. I work in a relational way, focusing on establishing a sense of trust in a safe therapeutic environment. I believe strongly in confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach to psychotherapy. I will enable you to explore and work through difficult thoughts and feelings and to gain greater insight into the way in which such thoughts and feelings impact on your life - in terms of intimate relationships, work life, social life, or any other aspect of your life. It is hoped that with such insights and a deeper exploration of self you can begin to live more deliberately and with greater meaning.

My fee is £80 per session. I do not charge for cancellations provided that you give me at least 48 hours notice.
