I see individuals over 18 for Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), which is usually 16 sessions, once a week, for 50-60 minutes per session. CAT helps people understand and revise the roles they enact with themselves and others. This can lead to a reduction of anxiety and depression. If you are wondering about whether or not CAT is for you, please ring me on (01223 561781) for a free 15-minute interview in Cambridge or Southampton. If you prefer you can email me or read my website at There is free parking in Cambridge and low cost parking in Southampton, wheelchair accessibility in Cambridge, but three steps at the entry in Southampton. I also offer workshops in CAT for mental health professionals and trainees, as well as Supervision for those practising CAT.
