About Me

Hello, my name is Helen and I provide psychotherapy to adults over eighteen. I work online and face to face.

I am an experienced psychotherapist who works at depth, this makes it possible to address the beliefs and emotions which may be guiding your life. By understanding yourself both consciously and unconsciously you can make choices about how you want to live now and in the future.

I tailor my approach to your individual needs and use mindful presence and reflection and the importance of kindness in relationships to develop a trusting, working connection with you. This is an approach I have developed over time, as a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist.
