About Me

I am a Core Process Psychotherapist with an MA in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice. I work in Helensburgh, Scotland, and online. I work with adult clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and response to physical illness and disability.
