We’ve all experienced feelings that can come up during difficult times such as bereavement, ill health, or perhaps conflict in relationships at work or home.
Living with a chronic health condition can cause particular challenges, very often with feelings that can be difficult to understand but are upsetting to you or those around you. When you recognise that your feelings, thoughts or patterns of behaviour around the health condition cause you or your family emotional distress, sometimes working with a psychotherapist can help to make the difference you need to move forward.
With seventeen years’ experience working in psychological services across the NHS, private and charitable sectors, I am a chartered psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, a member of the British Psychological Society, the Division of Counselling Psychology and the Division of Health Psychology, and registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy as an integrative psychotherapist.
My private practice is based at Hobbs Rehabilitation in Winchester - for further information or to enquire about arranging an assessment , please contact me via Hobbs Rehabilitation or on firstname.lastname@example.org.
